Terms of Use for FarmForm Apps

Apps Covered: FarmForm: Livestock, FarmForm: Garden, and FarmForm: Time Clock

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of FarmForm apps, including FarmForm: Livestock, FarmForm: Garden, FarmForm: Time Clock, related websites, support services, subscriptions, reports, exports, and app features.
 

By downloading, accessing, subscribing to, or using any FarmForm app, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the apps.
 

1. About FarmForm Apps
 

FarmForm apps are farm management and record keeping tools designed to help farmers, homesteaders, agricultural businesses, and related users organize farm information.
 

FarmForm: Livestock is designed to help users track livestock records, animal groups, feed logs, feed inventory, expenses, sales, labor, mileage, reminders, breeding records, reports, and related livestock management information.
 

FarmForm: Garden is designed to help users track garden beds, crops, seed inventory, seed starting, planting dates, harvest logs, expenses, labor, sales, pack-out records, yields, tasks, reminders, reports, and related crop production information.
 

FarmForm: Time Clock is designed to help farms and small businesses track employee time, breaks, schedules, time-off requests, shift information, labor records, store credits, payroll-related exports, and related workforce information.
 

FarmForm apps are intended to assist with organization and recordkeeping. They do not replace professional advice, veterinary care, accounting advice, payroll advice, tax advice, legal advice, regulatory guidance, or business judgment.
 

2. Eligibility
 

You must be at least 13 years old to use FarmForm apps.
 

If you use FarmForm apps on behalf of a farm, business, employer, organization, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on behalf of that entity.
 

If you use FarmForm: Time Clock as an employer, manager, or business owner, you are responsible for complying with all applicable employment, payroll, wage, hour, tax, recordkeeping, privacy, and labor laws.
 

3. License to Use the Apps
 

FarmForm apps are licensed, not sold, to you.
 

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Riggin Farm, LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, access, and use FarmForm apps for your personal, farm, business, or organizational recordkeeping purposes.
 

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or otherwise misuse the apps, except as permitted by applicable law.
 

4. User Accounts
 

Some features may require an account or login. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials secure.
 

You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, contact us at farmformhelp@gmail.com.
 

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe an account is being misused, used unlawfully, or used in violation of these Terms.
 

5. Your Data and Records
 

You retain ownership of the farm, livestock, garden, crop, labor, employee, business, and personal information you enter into FarmForm apps.

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of the records you enter into the apps.
 

FarmForm apps may help organize, calculate, summarize, export, or display records, but you are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all records, reports, calculations, tax-related information, payroll-related information, business decisions, labor records, and management decisions before relying on them.
 

You should maintain your own backup copies of important records. We are not responsible for lost records, deleted records, device failures, user error, corrupted data, syncing issues, failed exports, payroll mistakes, or failure to maintain backups.
 

6. Employee and Time Clock Data
 

FarmForm: Time Clock may allow employers, managers, or authorized users to track employee time, breaks, schedules, labor records, time-off requests, store credits, payroll-related summaries, and related information.
 

If you use FarmForm: Time Clock for employees, contractors, workers, or team members, you are responsible for:

• Getting any required employee or worker consent

• Providing any required notices

• Following applicable wage and hour laws

• Following applicable payroll and tax laws

• Reviewing and correcting time records

• Maintaining required employment records

• Confirming payroll exports before submitting payroll

• Complying with privacy, labor, and employment laws in your jurisdiction
   

FarmForm: Time Clock is a recordkeeping tool. It is not a payroll company, accounting firm, law firm, human resources service, tax advisor, or employment law advisor.
 

7. Privacy
 

Your use of FarmForm apps is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at:

The Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected, how it may be used, how it may be shared, how it is protected, and how users can request deletion of data.
 

8. Subscriptions, Paid Features, and Billing
 

FarmForm apps may offer free features, paid features, in-app purchases, subscriptions, premium access levels, app bundles, early access plans, promotional plans, or lifetime access options.
 

If you purchase a subscription or paid feature through the Apple App Store, billing is handled by Apple. If you purchase through Google Play, billing is handled by Google. Your purchase is also subject to the applicable app store’s terms, billing rules, cancellation procedures, and refund policies.
 

Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date according to the rules of the platform where you subscribed.
 

You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.
 

We do not control Apple’s or Google’s payment processing, refund decisions, billing systems, or subscription management tools.
 

Prices, features, app access, app bundles, subscription tiers, and subscription plans may change from time to time. If required, changes will be presented through the app store or within the applicable app before they apply.
 

9. Free Trials and Promotions
 

FarmForm apps may offer free trials, introductory pricing, discounts, beta access, promotional access, app bundles, lifetime access, or limited-time offers.
 

Terms for promotions may vary. Promotional access may end, expire, convert to a paid subscription, or be modified according to the terms presented at the time of the offer.
 

We may change, limit, or discontinue promotions at any time, subject to applicable law and app store rules.
 

10. Acceptable Use
 

You agree not to use FarmForm apps to:

• Violate any law, regulation, or third-party right

• Upload, store, or transmit unlawful, harmful, abusive, deceptive, or infringing content

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the apps, servers, accounts, or systems

• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the apps

• Reverse engineer, copy, scrape, exploit, or misuse the apps or their content

• Use the apps to harass, threaten, defraud, or harm others

• Misrepresent your identity, farm, business, employment records, payroll records, animal records, crop records, or financial records

• Circumvent subscription limits, access controls, or security features
   

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access if we believe these Terms have been violated.
 

11. Reports, Calculations, and Recordkeeping Disclaimer
 

FarmForm apps may provide summaries, reports, calculations, estimates, inventory values, feed costs, crop costs, seed costs, harvest values, sales records, mileage logs, labor records, payroll-related exports, profit estimates, Schedule F-related summaries, or other farm and business information.
 

These features are provided for convenience and general recordkeeping purposes only.
 

We do not guarantee that any report, calculation, export, estimate, tax category, payroll category, time clock entry, mileage log, feed cost, crop cost, yield estimate, profitability figure, or business summary is complete, accurate, current, or suitable for any specific purpose.
 

You are responsible for reviewing all information before using it for taxes, accounting, payroll, business decisions, animal management, crop management, employment decisions, legal compliance, or financial reporting.
 

You should consult a qualified veterinarian, accountant, payroll professional, tax professional, attorney, extension agent, human resources professional, or other professional advisor when appropriate.
 

12. Livestock, Veterinary, and Animal Management Disclaimer
 

FarmForm: Livestock is not veterinary software and does not provide veterinary advice.
 

Any animal health, breeding, feeding, treatment, medication, vaccination, withdrawal, or management records entered into the app are for user recordkeeping only.
 

Always consult a qualified veterinarian or appropriate professional for animal health decisions, medical treatment, medication use, withdrawal periods, regulatory compliance, and animal welfare concerns.
 

13. Crop, Garden, and Farm Production Disclaimer
 

FarmForm: Garden is not agronomic, pest control, food safety, regulatory, or crop consulting software.
 

Any planting, seed starting, harvest, fertility, pest, disease, yield, crop rotation, bed management, pack-out, or farm production records entered into the app are for user recordkeeping only.
 

Always consult appropriate professionals, extension agents, regulatory agencies, food safety advisors, or other qualified experts for crop production, pesticide use, organic compliance, food safety, and regulatory questions.
 

14. Payroll, Employment, and Labor Disclaimer
 

FarmForm: Time Clock is not a payroll processor, payroll service, tax filing service, accounting firm, law firm, human resources provider, or employment advisor.
 

Any time records, labor records, break records, store credit records, schedules, payroll summaries, or exports generated by the app are provided for general organization and recordkeeping only.
 

You are responsible for confirming employee hours, breaks, overtime, wages, deductions, store credits, payroll exports, payroll submissions, tax filings, employment records, and legal compliance before relying on or submitting any information.
 

You should consult a qualified payroll provider, accountant, tax professional, attorney, or human resources professional when appropriate.
 

15. Taxes, Accounting, and Legal Disclaimer
 

FarmForm apps are not tax preparation services, accounting firms, law firms, payroll companies, financial advisors, or legal advisors.
 

Any tax, expense, mileage, profit, payroll, labor, Schedule F-related, or business reporting features are provided for general organization and recordkeeping only.
 

You are responsible for confirming all tax, accounting, payroll, employment, legal, and regulatory requirements with qualified professionals and applicable authorities.
 

16. App Availability and Changes
 

We may update, modify, suspend, remove, or discontinue any FarmForm app or feature at any time.
 

We may release updates to improve functionality, fix bugs, improve security, adjust pricing, or change available features.
 

Some features may require an internet connection, compatible device, current operating system, active subscription, third-party service, app store account, or user permissions.
 

We do not guarantee that FarmForm apps will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with every device or operating system version.
 

17. Third-Party Services
 

FarmForm apps may rely on third-party services such as app stores, payment processors, cloud hosting, analytics, crash reporting, email support, authentication, device operating systems, maps, GPS, voice tools, payroll export tools, or other services.
 

Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, outages, data practices, billing systems, policies, or performance.
 

18. Beta Features
 

Some features may be released as beta, experimental, preview, or early access features.
 

Beta features may be incomplete, unreliable, changed, removed, or reset at any time. You should not rely on beta features as your only source of important farm, financial, legal, tax, veterinary, payroll, employment, crop, labor, or business records.
 

19. User Feedback and Suggestions
 

If you send us feedback, ideas, suggestions, feature requests, bug reports, or other comments, you grant Riggin Farm, LLC permission to use that feedback without restriction or compensation to you.
 

We may use feedback to improve FarmForm apps, develop new features, fix bugs, create marketing materials, or improve support.
 

20. Intellectual Property
 

FarmForm apps, including their names, designs, interfaces, software, code, graphics, logos, text, features, workflows, reports, exports, and related materials, are owned by Riggin Farm, LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
 

These Terms do not grant you ownership of the apps, brand, software, website, or related intellectual property.
 

21. Termination
 

You may stop using FarmForm apps at any time.
 

We may suspend or terminate access to any FarmForm app or certain features if you violate these Terms, misuse the apps, create risk for other users, fail to pay required fees, or if we discontinue an app or service.
 

Termination does not automatically entitle you to a refund. Refunds, when applicable, are generally handled by the app store where the purchase was made.
 

22. Disclaimer of Warranties
 

FarmForm apps are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
 

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Riggin Farm, LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, availability, non-infringement, and error-free operation.
 

We do not warrant that the apps will meet your requirements, operate without interruption, be secure, be free of bugs, or produce accurate results in every situation.
 

23. Limitation of Liability
 

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Riggin Farm, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost records, business interruption, animal loss, production loss, crop loss, employee claims, payroll errors, wage disputes, tax penalties, financial loss, legal penalties, regulatory violations, or other losses arising from or related to your use of or inability to use FarmForm apps.
 

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to FarmForm apps will not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable app or subscription during the twelve months before the claim arose, or $100, whichever is greater.
 

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some limitations may not apply to you.
 

24. Indemnification
 

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Riggin Farm, LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, service providers, and affiliates from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of FarmForm apps, your records or content, your employment or payroll practices, your farm or business operations, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
 

25. Governing Law
 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
 

Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or FarmForm apps will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
 

26. Changes to These Terms
 

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the Effective Date above and may provide additional notice where appropriate.
 

Your continued use of any FarmForm app after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
