FarmForm apps are farm management and recordkeeping tools designed to help farmers, homesteaders, agricultural businesses, and related users organize livestock, garden, crop, labor, employee, mileage, sales, expense, inventory, and related farm information.

This Privacy Policy applies to FarmForm: Livestock, FarmForm: Garden, FarmForm: Time Clock, related websites, support services, subscriptions, reports, exports, and app features.

• Animal names, identification numbers, breeds, groups, subgroups, notes, and livestock records

• Feed logs, feed inventory, feed purchases, and feed presets

• Breeding, birth, health, treatment, and animal management notes

• Garden beds, crops, crop varieties, seed inventory, seed starting records, planting dates, transplanting dates, and harvest logs

• Crop expenses, pack-out records, yield records, shrink records, sales records, and production notes

• Farm tasks, reminders, scheduled activities, and notes

• Expense records, inventory records, sales records, mileage records, labor records, and reports

• Employee or worker names, time clock entries, break records, schedules, time-off requests, shift information, labor records, payroll-related summaries, store credits, and related workforce information

• Photos or other images you choose to add to farm, animal, crop, garden, employee, or business records

• Reports, exports, backups, or other app-generated records

This information is used to provide the features and functionality of the apps.

Account and Contact Information

If the apps use account features, support requests, subscriptions, backups, syncing, beta testing, or other services, we may collect information such as:

Employee and Workforce Information

FarmForm: Time Clock may allow employers, managers, farms, or businesses to enter and manage employee or worker information.

This may include employee names, work schedules, clock-in and clock-out times, break records, time-off requests, shift information, labor records, store credit records, payroll-related summaries, and related workforce records.

If you use FarmForm: Time Clock as an employer, manager, farm, or business, you are responsible for obtaining any required employee or worker consent, providing any required notices, and complying with applicable employment, payroll, wage, hour, privacy, tax, and labor laws.

FarmForm: Time Clock is a recordkeeping tool and does not replace professional payroll, accounting, human resources, tax, or legal advice.

Photos, Camera, and Media

If you choose to add photos to farm, animal, crop, garden, employee, or business records, the apps may request access to your camera or photo library. Photos are only used when you choose to add them to your records.

FarmForm apps do not access your photos or camera unless you grant permission and use a feature that requires that access.

Location Information

​

If you use mileage tracking, GPS-based features, time clock location features, or location-related records, the apps may request access to your device’s location.

​

Location information may be used to provide mileage tracking, GPS logs, time clock verification, farm location records, or related recordkeeping features.

​

You can disable location access at any time through your device settings. Some mileage, GPS, or location-based features may not work properly if location access is disabled.

Voice and Speech Features

​

If the apps include voice logging, dictation, Siri, Google Assistant, or speech-to-text features, the apps may process voice input that you choose to provide. Voice input is used only to create or update records based on your instructions.

Voice or speech features may rely on services provided by Apple, Google, or other operating system providers, depending on your device and settings.

Device, Diagnostic, and Usage Information

If the apps include an account system, you may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at the email address above. If an in-app account deletion option is available, you may also use that feature.

We will process deletion requests within a reasonable time, subject to legal, security, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, employment, payroll, platform, or legitimate business retention requirements.

Deleting app data may permanently remove records and may limit or disable app functionality.
